Andrew started his career in housing and property back in 2004, working for the City of Edinburgh Council’s Temporary Accommodation Service, providing accommodation for those in housing need. Andrew was part of a team who gained the first Communities Scotland A grade awarded to a Local Authority for the Temp Accom service. Andrew became a manager within the service a position he held for two years before moving on to Link Housing Association in 2016. Andrew was a Senior Officer within Link’s Private Sector Leasing (PSL) service until 2019, where he made the decision to move on from Social Housing, to the Private Rented Sector, and was offered a fantastic opportunity with Evergreen Property Ltd.
Andrew was offered the position of Lettings Negotiator, with a view to move up to Head of Lettings pending successful completion of a level 6 award in Residential Letting and Property Management, which he achieved within 6 months. Andrew now manages the Long-Term let side of the business, and is successfully increasing our stock and attracting new business.
