On September 1st, Evergreen Property Ltd turns 10!
And to commemorate this frankly momentous occasion, the Evergreen team have brought together a selection of Industry Experts and will be holding a Landlord Information Event at The Place, in Stockbridge on Friday 6th September from 4pm to 8pm.
The event has been carefully designed to be informal, yet educational. Attendees will be able to hear Barry talk about Evergreen (the previous 10 years and vision for the next 10), Denise will then follow with a short speech about the state of STLs in Edinburgh, followed by Matthew talking about the long let market and any changes that landlords need to know about.
However, we are aware that landlords sometimes require specialist knowledge.
After the Evergreen team have spoken attendees will have time to network, grab a beer etc and meet up with some experts who are offering their time free of charge. You may wish to get advice on your self-assessment; whether or not you should be looking to incorporate your portfolio or indeed sell; you may be looking to improve your insurance for your short let or indeed, you may wish to know what your chances are of getting a short let licence, we have you covered. And as landlords are all investers, we even have an IFA Wealth Planner who can help you maximise the money you keep!
And as if this was not already offering fantastic value, you will be welcomed with tea/coffee and biscuits, and at 7pm we will be offering every attendee a lighy supper and a glass or two of wine before they head off to the weekend. Oh – I nearly forgot, we have about £1000 worth of raffle prizes to “give away” donated by fantasic local businesses, including Summerhall Distillery, Lockedin Edinburgh, Back2Strength Sports Massage, Pizza Geeks, Bellfield Brewery and more….
