Evergreen Property is currently looking for a full-time property manager. The correct candidate will be working with Andy Cutt in our Long Lets department.
The person we are looking for would ideally have industry qualifications and experience of working within a letting agency.
The role will eventually gain a decent amount of autonomy and it will involve all aspects of the letting journey from landlord acquisition, maintenance and compliance, advertising, viewings, referencing and beyond. It offers a golden opportunity for someone to join a growing company which is still small enough to bring new ideas to the table.
