Long Term Rentals
As a member of the Council of Letting Agents and with 4 years of hands-on experience managing properties day-in, day-out, your property will be in safe hands with Evergreen Property.
Communication with landlords is something we take very seriously as we are aware of the responsibility we have when landlords instruct us to manage their property.
Short-Term Rentals
In late 2015, Barry saw an opportunity and the potential growth of short term rentals in Edinburgh.
This coincided with several changes in tax for standard BTLs, which also made Holiday Lets more attractive.
