The ground floor flat is comprised of:
– a good-sized double bedroom with bedside tables and hanging space.
– A large, light sitting room with dining space, sofa and small dining/working space.
– a kitchenette with hobs, kettle, toaster and microwave with oven capabilities.
-there is NO washing machine but there is a very good value launderette nearby
– There is a modern shower room.

To the rear of the building there is a communal drying green which guests are welcome to use responsibly and a small private area too.

If your travelling party consists of 2 people but you wish to use the sofa bed, please let us know at time of booking as we do get charged extra for the sofa bed linen. We will need to add a £10 a night charge of the linen (minimum £20) to cover this cost. If your group is 3 or more, the £10 gets added automatically. Thanks
