This unique, spacious and bright Victorian house has everything that you need to spend the best vacation in Edinburgh!
The property has recently been renovated and has amazing facilities, such as a free car park for several cars, an outside dining area, a patio, kid’s play area and much more!
The luxurious living room boasts 2 large sofas , luxurious decorations and an antique wooden dining table and large Victorian windows. This is the perfect room to share some time with your family chatting, or sharing a meal all together.
The kitchen has a view over the garden and has all the amenities that you need to cook the perfect homemade meal!
The property has 4 bedrooms and can welcome up to 8 guests. The bedrooms are organized as below:
1st bedroom has a double bed
2nd bedroom has a king bed + ensuite bathroom
3rd bedroom has 2 single beds + ensuite bathroom
4th bedroom has a sofa bed
There is an extra bathroom as well, so 3 in total which is perfect to avoid any queues in the morning!
There is an office space and a desk in bedroom 4 which would be ideal if you are looking for some quiet time to concentrate on your work. There is also a smart TV with your favourite apps (you will need to use your accounts).
A travel cot is available on request (additional fees apply). Please note that neither bedding nor mattress is included and it would be a basic travel cot.

* Property is managed by Evergreen Property, one of Edinburgh’s best management teams.
* Standard check-in time is 4pm until 10pm. Guests arriving after 10pm will be denied entry.
* check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. Get in contact with us asap and we’ll get you back in the property as quickly as we can.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Free parking available premises- EV charger available for an extra fee. Please enquire with the team at Evergreen for access and prices.
* Travel cot available on request (additional fees), Please note that bedding is not included
