There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which sleeps 2 people. The property also benefits from fibre optic super fast broadband for those wishing to work from home.

Sofa bed use

For groups of 3 or more, there will be a charge automatically applied by Airbnb for the sofa bed linen etc. If your party is only 2 people and you want to use the sofa bed, there will be a £10 a night charge applied after booking. (Minimum £20) this is to cover the charge for the linen that we get charged. Please let us know at time of booking if you require the sofa bed.
