Nestled in a modern development just next to the picturesque Dean Village and Water of Leith, our 2 bedroom apartment is only 6-7 minutes stroll to the bars and excitement of the West End of Princes Street yet quiet, calm and peaceful.
With all facilities, you would need for a few days away (or longer) the apartment has a lift (though it does have stairs to the building’s front door).
With a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another single bedroom and a family shower room, the apartment offers flexibility and a wonderful pied-a-terre in the centre of Edinburgh whilst nestled in a quiet residents block with no through road.
The living room with the dining table comes off the well-equipped kitchen and offers room and comfort after a hard day/night at sight-seeing in Edinburgh’s city centre. There are several well-known bars within easy walking distance including Indigo Yard, Mathers and lots of restaurants to cater for all tastes and budgets.
You will have full access to the apartment apart from the balcony which is awaiting reconstruction as deemed currently unsafe.

Other things to note
There are some steep steps down to the front of the apartment building but a lift within the block.
We have been made aware that a few of the main shower room floor tiles are cracked and uneven – we are planning a total refit at the end of the season. We are looking for temporary solutions at the moment.
The balcony in the main bedroom is off-limits as it is currently dangerous. This is also being addressed in the refit.
