With enviable access to the M9 and the Glasgow-Edinburgh train line, you will be perfectly located to explore the entire region. With 100mbps unlimited Virgin Wifi, you will never be unconnected.
Within walking distance from the apartment is a 24 hour Tesco for all your needs. A short drive is the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel.
Recently redecorated and with brand new furniture and linen etc (October 2016) our apartment offers an unrivalled home-from-home comfort. Although we would recommend a car, the apartment is about 15 minutes walk from Polmont train station and on a well-served bus route so getting around would be easy.
As a guest, you will have the entire house and garden space at your disposal. There is street parking directly outside the property, although those of limited mobility should be aware there is a slope and steps to the property and then, once inside, there are stairs to the apartment which is on the first floor.
Interaction with guests
We live about 25 minutes away so, if needed we will be available to sort out any problems. We also have local cleaners and friends who we can also contact if we are unable to help.
Other things to note
As mentioned previously, there is a slope and steps up to the property, which are not always even. We also have neighbours so we ask you to respect their space too.
If you are working in the area, on a contract, why not try our place instead of a hotel – you can cook your own food, saving money and allowing flexibility of what and when you eat. Our property is a quick drive to Grangemouth, perfect for contractors at the refinery.
