This loved family property is located within easy walking distance of the friendly village of Kiti. Staying at the complex, guests have access to various pools and the apartment has a large balcony with far-reaching views to the mountains. With a twin room with en-suite shower room and a master bedroom with King Sized bed, the apartment is perfect for families. There is under-cover parking available in a designated spot. The L-shaped kitchen and living area with its large Smart TV allows guests to switch off and coll down with the air-conditioning after a day in the sun at one of the beaches or just around the pool. The local village has grown since we have owned the apartment and now has everything from a Lidl to various international restaurants serving fast food, local delicacies, Italian, Turkish and Indian.
For Direct Online Bookings, guests will be asked to pay 25% upfront to secure booking. This will be refundable until 7 days before your stay and that is when the balance becomes due. Evergreen Property will charge your card and you will receive an e-receipt sent to your email address used at time of booking.
