Guests using public transport can be whisked at regular intervals to the city centre in a matter of minutes.

This space simply oozes quality. From the entrance with the large window above to the three large bedrooms, each aspect of the property has been designed and guided to aid the guests’ comfort.

A large kitchen diner allows guests downtime after a day’s sight-seeing and with the owner being a keen cook, the kitchen is fully equipped.

The beautiful sitting rooms, with views across to Murrayfield and separate second dining area, offers a haven for guests with Smart TV.

Situated back from the main arterial road road connecting the city centre to the West,getting into central Edinburgh is simple, cheap and quick. However, guests have a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a small Tesco (suitable for most purchases) less than 10 minutes’ walk away.

Although guests can take advantage of the parking space attached to the property, having a car is not essential. The tram can be caught easily from Murrayfield and frequent buses, (including Airbus) allow a real flexibility.

Pricing is now accurate for your stay. However, there will be a cleaning fee added to the reservation costs. We have not found a way to add this automatically. For this property, the price of the clean is £85
