Pricing is now accurate for your stay. However, there will be a cleaning fee added to the reservation costs. We have not found a way to add this automatically. For this property, the price of the clean is £65. (£70 if sofa bed is used).
The Fettes Residence is a lovely two-bedroom property with the living space on the first floor. Guests have the full property to themselves and there is a lot of room. The Fettes Village is a quiet, up-market residential area and therefore parties or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
That said, Barry and his team will do their utmost to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable. Stockbridge, one of Edinburgh most lovely neighbourhoods is only a few minutes away with restaurants and cafes.
There is a large living area incorporating the dining area. One of 2 settees can fold to make a double bed if necessary, making the maximum occupancy 5 or 6 on request. There are two bedrooms, one with en-suite and an extra bathroom with shower and WC.
One bedroom is now generally set up as a twin room with en-suite and the other, smaller bedroom as a double.
The whole house is available to you with only the attached garage being a private storage area. There are also plenty of freely-available parking spaces.
Interaction with guests
The owner lives only 5 minutes away and can meet with you on your arrival. In an emergency, he shall only be a call away. Barry and his team, who are helping manage the property will be on call when I am unavailable to help out. I will give you his number on arrival.
Other things to note
The property is very spacious and, although some of the areas are looking a bit tired, it offers home-from-home comforts and is equipped with everything needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
We are looking to upgrade parts of the property throughout the year and the pricing reflects this.
Free Wifi is available throughout the property so guests can access Netflix or other streaming services.
For all direct bookings made on our website or by emailing our office on email@example.com, payment for your entire reservation is due 30 days before Check-in or at time of booking if within 30 days. Direct Bookings benefit from the cheapest prices, more flexible payment terms and 3pm check-in and 11am check-out (need to be confirmed).
