Description

This is a homely flat in a truly fantastic location right in the heart of the historic Old Town. Very close to a range of cafes, bars and restaurants. The Airlink 300 bus stops just minutes from the flat.

The flat itself is very cosy, with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed that can be used to sleep an additional 2 guests in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped should you wish to cook during your stay. This is the perfect place for couples, solo and business travellers alike.

The space

My flat is on the 2nd floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement building, located on one of the main streets leading to Grassmarket Square; a lively and charming Old Town hub. It is accessible via a hidden private garden and bridge that offers respite from the buzz of the city. The flat itself is very cosy and decorated to make you feel at home.

Bedroom: The bedroom is very quiet as it faces the garden entrance within the building. My cleaner will make the beds using hotel quality linen and towels will also be provided. There is a writing table, perfect for working travellers, and plenty of bedroom storage in one of the built-in wardrobes and the bedside drawers.

Living Area & Kitchen: The living room is an open space connected to the kitchen. The kitchen itself is well equipped with the usual small appliances and cooking utensils, should you wish to cook during your stay. The living area has a comfortable sofa, which can double up as a sofa bed at your request. There is also a TV in here with Virgin Cable so you can relax after a long day exploring the incredible city of Edinburgh.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel will be provided, giving you one less thing to pack!

Guests will have access to the entire property. Please note check-in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. Entry after this time will not be entertained. Check out is at 10 am.

If arriving before 4 pm, please ask about our discount code for Stasher. com. Alternatively, you can store bags at Waverley or the bus station. We are unable to allow bag drops at the moment. Sorry.

While we try to remain flexible when less busy, please be prepared to abide by these times for your stay.

Sofa Bed Use

If your booking is for 3 or more, the sofa bed charge will be applied by Airbnb. If your travelling group is 2 and you wish to use the sofa bed, a £10 per night charge will be applied after booking. This is to cover the extra linen and laundry and cleaning times charged by the cleaning company – please confirm at time of booking if you are a group of 2 needing the sofa bed.
